Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account billing page; your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Audit credits

One-time credit top-ups are added to your balance immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable, and credits that have already been used to run audits cannot be refunded.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing concern, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
